What a topic. I have so much to say here. I tried a few styles of therapy. It took me over 6 years of different style, therapist, and a lot of work to start really noticing a huge change, that it feels like for the recent therapy EMDR that I start practicing on 2026, but it’s not isolated, it’s a building up from many years on working in myself and be vulnerable enough to ask for help.
