This site is inspirited by ideas and a format of digital gardens

It’s an ongoing project, always in progress. It’s a sort of laboratory, to experiment with ideas, public them, review them later, rewrite them, and always keep evolving.

It’s also my attempt at learning in public which for somebody that had so much shame and scare of being vulnerable, this idea of rather than save for myself my learning, thoughts and process, and public them out here, seems the perfect combination of sort of [masochism], or how the therapists would call exposure therapy.

If you are asking why a garden and not a personal blog or portfolio, or even social media profile, here is my attempt on answering: why a garden?

The core idea

Unlike blogs, which present posts in reverse chronological order and start “decaying” once published, digital gardens are meant to grow and change over time: various pages on the same topic can coexist, and nothing is ever the definitive word, just a source.

In another words, an old-fashion wiki.

Some areas feel filled in; others are just notes on things I’d like to add eventually. Some paths lead nowhere, and that’s OK. More content is coming. Probably.

So this site is to take notes, share knowledge and updates on my 1001 projects, post art pieces, my own films, my new adventures, writings, and mood boards, while I play around with code to make the site a constant work in progress.

Neighborhood

Please wander through my garden as you like. If something catches your attention, stay a while and savor it. If it stirs a thought, send me a note.
